To Help You Find Apt ! <br /> <br />Johnny Boring (TM) sits at the desk of his part time job writing for the humor section of Ms. Magazine (a real laugh a minute magazine!), a call comes in from Frodo the Hobbitt. He, and some other hobbits, are leaving the shire and need an apartment in Boston. (Just bear with me on this!) Forgetting himself, APARTMENT MAN (TM) breaks into: <br /> <br /> "Three Apartments for the Elven-Kings under the Sky, Seven Apartments for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone, One Apartment to rule them all, One Apartment to find them. Frodo scratches his head and says, <br /> <br /> "Whatever, just tell me about the apartment. OK! " <br /> <br />DIMENSIONS/ DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENT <br />. This is a totally renovated first floor bedroom apartment. As you enter the apartment there is a foyer which measures 8.5 ft x8.5 ft with a closet to the right. The entire apartment (except the kitchen and bathroom have recently refinished and shining hardwood floor. The living room is to the left off of the foyer and measures 12ft x 9.5 ft and also has a closet. There are 2 windows in the room that look out onto the trees behind the building. (All the windows in the apartment are new vinyl replacement windows) The bedroom is next to the living room and measures 11.5 ft x 9 ft. Since it is a corner apt there are three windows which surround the room and look out on the trees in the back of the building. There is also a closet in this room. (If you are counting that makes three closets in this apt-a Filenes basement shoppers dream) The kitchen measures 8.5 ft x 8 ft and features a gas range (for that .0001% of the population that can cook. The cabinets are new white cabinets with gold pull knobs. The counter is a pale gray laminate. The bathroom measures 11.5 ft x 9 ft and is tiled in white with vanity lights over the mirror.
