Totally renovated 3rd floor apartment in a brick building between Washington Square and Cleveland Circle. In the continuing saga of "APARTMENT MAN" (TM) a call comes in from the Fantastic Four (4). An apartment is needed. The requirements are specific. Reed Richards and Sue Storm are going to live there and Ben Grimm and Johnny Storm will be visiting from time to time. (For those of you who have never whiled away the time in high school math class reading comics as your teacher attempted to render you unconscious, Reed and Sue Storm are Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Girl. Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm are The Human Torch and the Thing.- So we have cleared that up!) Reed tells APARTMENTMAN (TM) that there must be a lot of widows so the super heroes can escape in the event of an attack by Dr. Doom-I am sure you do not want to hear about who Dr Doom is so I will just move onto the apartment.) It just so happens that the perfect apartment with tons of windows to allow super hero escapes just came over the wires. Here it is. <br /> <br /> <br /> DIMENSIONS/ DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENT. You enter into the foyer which measures 5x 5.9 ft. There is 1 closet in the foyer which measures 3 ft x 3ft . (All you aspiring superheroes can comfortably hide your capes in there) To the right of the hallway is the bedroom which measures 12 ft x 12 ft with 1 closet and 2 windows. (The closet measures 3 ft x 2 ft if you are really into closet measurements) The living room measures 15.5 ft x 14 ft with 5 windows that surround the room.(This is really a great room) This is a large corner apartment which is why there are windows all around, The kitchen measures 10 ft x 6 ft with new molded cabinets with gold pulls and gas range. There is a breakfast counter (or food preparation counter or just a place to put the pizza when you open it) Steps from the T-C line or D line. Laundry in the basement. Call ASAP to see.
