Just a nice studio so I can escape from the $5,000,000,000.00 a month place I am renting in New York. I just need to be among the people again. I need to feel their pain. I need a place to interview interns. Will the dog be living with you ? No he goes with the guys in blue unless there is a photographer nearby. Let's take a look. <br /> <br />DIMENSIONS/ DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENT <br />You enter into this top floor corner completely renovated 1 bedroom apartment . When you enter you gasp with delight at the beauty of the apartment that awaits you. (Actually you are probably gasping for air after walking up the 4 flights. The good news is less time spent on the stairmaster.) To the left as you enter is either the living room or the bedroom depending on how you want to arrange the apartment. This room which faces north, measures 13 feet x 10 feet with 2 windows and 1 closet. (There is also 1 closet in the hallway to the right as you enter.) The foyer (which is the room /hallway/ entranceway to those Francophobes in the world) measures 8.5 feet x 5 feet and leads directly into the kitchen. The newly renovated kitchen measures 8 feet x 8 feet and has a new gas range, and silver/pewter pulls on all those nice new cabinets into which you will be loading all those Bread and Circus prepared meals. They counter tops are pale gray and there is a bresakfast counter to sit and slowly savor your double non fat lattes. To the left of the kitchen is the other room which is a corner room facing north and east. It measures 12 feet x 10 feet with 3 windows. (All the windows are new replacement windows.) To the right of the kitchen is the newly renovated bathroom which measures 9. 5 feet x 5 feet with pale grey tile floor, pewter pulls on the cabinets.
