( Maybe You Need A Roommate-Take a Look) <br /> <br /> <br />First floor of a house at Coolidge Corner (2 bedrooms) for With parking/ 2 working fireplaces (heat and hot water included) In the continuing saga of "APARTMENT MAN"(TM) a call comes in from the "Avengers. " Hank Pym formerly known as Giant Man (or in later issues of Marvel Comics as Goliath) is in search of a home. Where to find a home/apartment to suit a 12 foot tall former Avenger. That is the quest of Apartment Man. (TM) As he flies overhead he scans the area of Coolidge Corner looking for a suitable home for his giant sized friend. After hours of searching to no Available he spies the Incredible Hulk coming out of a home. He lands and asks the Hulk if he is moving out. Bruce Banner (the Hulks alter ego) says he has just finished his Doctoral Research and is moving away. Apartment Man (TM) gasps and asks to go inside and look around. The Hulk (Dr. Banner) goes in and what do they see but the biggest 2 bedroom apt in Coolidge Corner. <br /> <br /> DIMENSIONS/ DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENT The living room has ceilings that even Hank Pym will not have to duck to walk inside. The living room measures (18 ft x 17 ft) with a fireplace that works. The smaller bedroom measures (13 ft x 15 ft) The larger bedroom features a fireplace/bay windows and measures (18 ft x 16 ft). The kitchen has a new dishwasher/stove/ and new cabinets. It is a small galley type kitchen that comes off of the living room but hey you are only cooking there not living in the kitchen. (Besides you know you are going to be going out to dinner anyway) Plenty of closets and the parking space is behind the house. (Near the T-C line).
