Description: APARTMENTMAN/ModeratesPresidentDebateAndFindsApt! <br /> <br /> A phone call comes in over the A-Phone. (APARTMENTMAN-PHONE). The presidential debate will be on the air tonight and a moderator is needed. (Why they are asking A-Man to do this is a good question. Arriving at Santa Barbara, (a suitable location for the first debate in light of the candidates ) A-Man is whisked onto the stage. The debate is scheduled to begin in 10 minutes and the candidates have yet to arrive. The tension builds. (Can you feel the tension ?? There is no reason for you to feel tense since you are not in the debate, but it seemed like a nice filler for the story.) Suddenly, a rope drops from the ceiling and before an eye can blink, a figure careens down the rope in full battle gear. K-Bar knife in his teeth, night vision goggles covering his face, grenades hanging from his camos. The theme from Rocky playing in the background. Before A-Man can compose himself, from the left side of the stage comes a tall, tanned figure on a mountain bike carrying a surfboard covered with medals. Realizing that he is now a witness to the state of modern American presidential politics A-man decides that whatever the pitfalls of apartment hunting it is clearly better than this. Leaping from the stage A-man rockets from the theatre of the absurd in search of apartments for all. (Yes I know a somewhat over dramatic exit but the most graceful way out of this carnival I could devise. ) Anyhow here is the apartment you are waiting to hear about. <br /> <br />DIMENSIONS/ DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENT <br /> <br /> He sees the foyer (this is also called the entrance to all of you Francophobes in the world.) which measures 9.5 ft x 12 ft . There is a large closet in the foyer allowing all of the rain soaked visiting super heroes to get rid of their soggy uniforms/capes etc. The living room is to the left and measures 11.5.ft x 15 ft with 2 large windows and the mantle/mirror surrounding what had been a fireplace. Sorry the fireplace doesn't work for this apt. All the floors are newly refinished hardwood which have a reddish hue. (I don't know what the hell type of wood it is but it has a reddish hue so bear with me-no it's not redwood.)The hallway to the right of the living room leads to the bedrooms/bathroom/ kitchen. The first bedroom to the left as you go down the hallway is the smallest and measures 12 ft x 9 ft. It has two windows in it and a large closet. The bedroom faces east (all of the bedrooms do) so they all get morning sun. The second bedroom measures 12 x 12.5 and also has a large closet and 2 windows in it. The third bedroom measures 14.5 x 13. It has three windows in it-2 facing east and a third window facing out from the side of the building. (facing South). The bathroom is newly renovated with ceramic tile floor and tiled walls in the shower. The kitchen measures 13.5 ft x 9 ft (so you really can eat in it) and is all recently renovated. New wood cabinets/ new counter/ dishwasher / new stove. (Sorry it's electric not gas but heh can't have everything and you don't really cook much anyway) There is a real pantry off of the kitchen which measures 11 ft x 5 ft. for storage.
