A call comes in on the 800 hot line. <br /> <br /> 'Hi, this is Attila the Hun and I want to speak to Johnny Boring' <br /> <br /> 'This is Johnny Boring what can I do to help you ? Are you the real Attila the Hun ? ' <br /> <br /> 'How many Attila's do you know ? ' <br /> <br /> 'The only one I know died somewhere around 457 AD' <br /> <br /> 'That was my cousin. ' <br /> <br /> 'Anyhow I got this letter that I owe student loan bills and you are going to attach my salary.' And it is signed Johnny Boring. ' Is that you ? <br /> <br /> 'Well ,maybe comes the tremulous retort.' <br /> <br /> I want to meet with you tomorrow to discuss this bill . ' <br /> <br /> 'Uh, sure do you want to come into the office ? ' <br /> <br /> 'Yes, I will be there at 3:00 tomorrow ' comes the gutteral reply from the Scourge of God. <br /> <br /> 'How will I know you ?' <br /> <br /> ' I am 7 ft 6 inches tall and weigh about 375 pounds. I am missing most of my front teeth and have the map of the conquest of the Roman Empire tattooed across my face.' I will see you at 3:00' <br /> <br /> Suddenly, as Attila hangs up, an ad in the help wanted section of the local paper seems to jump off of the page. ' Real estate agent wanted, flexible hours begin immediately. ' Seeing the hand of divine providence in the most unlikely of places, Johnny Boring leaps from his desk, hands the appointment book to his assistant and dashes for the door telling his unsuspecting helpmate that he has been promoted and will have a 3:00 pm appointment tomorrow with a Mr Attila. And thus begins the career that will now help you find your new home <br /> <br /> <br />DIMENSIONS/ DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENT <br />The apartment is on the second floor of a building at Harvard Square. You enter into the living room that measures 15 ft x 10 ft with hardwood floors. The ceilings are 9.95 high. There are 2 windows that look out onto the side of the building where you can actually see trees and hear birds chirping happily. (Kind of makes you wonder why they are so damn happy when you are working like a maniac to pay your bills) There is a nice brick fireplace in the room (It does not work but you can sit there looking at it imagining a fire as you sip your Syrah) The bedroom measures 10 ft x 12 ft with two windows that look out onto the same trees and chirping birds. There is a closet in the bedroom. (Sorry I did not measure it) The kitchen measures 7 ft x 5 ft with a gas range and new wood cabinets. The bathroom measures 4.5 ft x 6 ft with brown tile and older pedestal sink. (pedestal sink sound kind of nice does not it??) The entire apartment is painted in a kind of lemony/cream off white.
