He sees the foyer which leads into the living room with 9 foot ceilings and measuring (12 feet x 12 ft) New windows which look out onto the brick wall of the building behind the apartment. Don't think of it as an obstructed view think of it as providing a quiet and peaceful haven from the turmoil of Harvard Square. The eat in kitchen is to the right of the living room and has beautifu new wood cabinets and a nice gas range for those of you who can cook. Someone somewhere must be able to cook. To the left of the living room is the bedroom which actually does have a beautiful view of the trees that shade the apartment. You can pretend you are Thoreau gazing out at the pond.
